Returns & Exchange Policy

We will be glad to accept any unused/unwashed merchandise return. If you would like to return a product that is in unused/unwashed condition or is not embroidered, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit within 60 days from the date that the invoice was created. We do not provide exchange for merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the product, want to get a different size or type, please contact us or place a new order for the new product, and return previous one in unused/unwashed condition. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned in new condition within 60 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise only (shipping fees are excluded). If the return is a result of our error, please contact us regards to your reason, we will be glad to help you with a replacement or refund. Embroidered orders will not be eligible for refund or return. If there is ever a problem with any shipments please note that we must be notified within the first 60 days from the date your order was created so that we may replace or re-ship any lost or misplaced order/items.

Before returning any orders or products, please fill out the return authorization form, along with the four digit order ID number and include the first and last name of the purchaser followed by a daytime phone number, e-mail address, and reason for your return. Upon receiving your form, the CottonAge Return Department will send you a reply message, providing you with the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number.) Products returned without the RMA# will not be accepted. Once you have received your RMA#; you must write that RMA# anywhere on the exterior portion of the package (preferably on top) or print your return authorization form and include it in the shipping box. You can ship back your order via USPS, FedEx, UPS or any third party carrier that can provide a tracking number. Please note that all packages and returns must be within 60 days the invoice was created. CottonAge.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
